Return and Refund Policy

You are always welcome to return or exchange products you purchase at A Touch of Wellness.

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.  

RETURN OPTIONS

If the product is undamaged, unopened and unused, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the item/s.  This does not include shipping cost.

If products are partially used, we will issue a Gift Card equal to the cost of the item/s to be used on our site for another purchase. This does not include shipping cost.

We do not accept returns of products that are more than 50% used up.

HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM

A return form was sent with your order. If you no longer have this, contact us at support@atouchofwellness.com and we’ll email you another.

Fill out your return form completely with
    • your order number (If you don’t mention your order number, we won’t be able to process your return.)
    • the product/s you are returning.
    • the reason for the return.
    • your current US mailing address.

Repackage the item/s and include the return form.

Take the package to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage, preferably with a tracking number.

If we do not receive your package and you have no proof of postage to us, we cannot process your return.

You may also return your item/s to A Touch of Wellness in person if you are in the local area.  Please email support@atouchofwellness.com or call 727-265-0909 to make arrangements.

SHIPPING COST FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS/S

The shipping cost for the returned item/s is paid by you.  However, if you are returning damaged or incorrect items, we will compensate you for the cost of shipping them back to us.

RETURNING A DAMAGED ITEM

Things sometimes don’t work out the way we planned, even when we do our best.  If you received a damaged item, please contact us at support@atouchofwellness.com or 727-265-0909.  We’ll get this sorted out for you. 

RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

Oops. We apologize in advance if this ever happens.  We are very detail-conscious, but we’re also human.

If an item you received isn’t what you ordered, please contact us at support@atouchofwellness.com  or 727-265-0909. We’ll need your order number, the details of what you ordered and what you received instead. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A RETURN

We’ll send you an email of confirmation when we receive your return. 

If a returned item is not in original, unopened and unused condition and we are unable to put it back into stock, we cannot accept your return for refund but may issue a Gift Card you can use on our site for another purchase. 

If a returned item is intact, you will normally receive your refund within 10 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the item.

    • If you paid by credit/debit card, we will remit the refund to that card.
    • If you paid using PayPal, we will remit the refund to your PayPal account.
    • If you used a Gift Card, we will refund any paid money to the credit/debit card or PayPal account (whichever was used) and will provide you with a new Gift Card for the value of the one you used.

We hope you never need to return anything to us, but if you do, we’ll do our best to make it right and fair for you.
